Faculty of Hospitality organised a Kitchen Visit to The Cabbana Resort & Spa on September 29, 2016 for its students. Students of Bachelor in Culinary Arts & Diploma in Food Production Sem 1 became part of the visit. Mr Koustav Ghosh(Manager-Human Resource) along with his executive chef headed the whole visit. Mr Koustav Ghosh demonstrated the various sections of the kitchen and students also visited deep freezers section, walk-in-refrigerator section and grill rooms.The students were demonstrated about Garde Manger and butchery section (Larder). The students also visited Bakery and Confectionery section of the hotel.It was the best ever learning experience for the students.
