Workshop on “Vegetable and Fruit carving”

Faculty of Hospitality organised a workshop on “Vegetable and Fruit carving ” The workshop was conducted by Chef Sanjeev Hota, Executive Chef from Hotel-The Maya. He demonstrated the carving skills and made flowers, swans, scenic views out of pumpkin, eddish, carrots, musk melons. He made students to understand about the basic knife skills, basic designs which can be inculcated in carving to attract people for the dishes.
